How it works
- Step 1
Create a free account
Name, email and password. Confirm your email and create your organisation.
- Step 2
Connect Jobman
Sign in to Jobman once and allow Rivet Studio to act for your organisation. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Step 3
Connect your AI assistant
Add the Rivet Studio connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex. It starts read-only; you decide what else to allow.
What you can ask
- “What jobs are in Pre Production?”
- “Summarise lead 2610-012.”
- “Find suppliers for edging tape.”
- “Which quotes were sent this month and what are they worth?”
- “Draft a PO for job 0017 for 2 sheets of 16 mm white melamine.”
Security, plainly
- • You choose read or write access per Jobman area. New connections start read-only.
- • Deletes are off unless you turn them on for a connection.
- • Anything that changes Jobman needs the assistant to confirm the request first.
- • Jobman tokens are encrypted at rest. Every call is logged: endpoint, result and time, never the data.
- • Disconnect Jobman or any app in one click. Two-factor sign-in is available.
- • We don't train AI on your data. Your assistant runs under your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
