Terms of Service

Who we are
Rivet Studio for Jobman (the “connector”) is provided by Rivet Group (ABN 64 700 018 604), Hobart, Tasmania. These terms cover your use of the connector at mcp.rivetstudio.co, its MCP server and its API. Rivet Studio is not made by or affiliated with Jobman.
The service
The connector lets an AI assistant you choose (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex) read and, where you allow it, change data in your Jobman account through Jobman's API. It is free. We may change or withdraw it with reasonable notice.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to connect your organisation's Jobman account and to let the assistant act on it. You decide which Jobman areas each connection may read or write and whether it may delete. You are responsible for what you ask your assistant to do and for checking changes it makes in Jobman. Keep your sign-in details, API keys and authenticator safe.
Your AI assistant
The assistant runs under your own account with its provider, under that provider's terms. Data the assistant requests passes through the connector to the assistant; we don't control what the provider does with it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the connector to breach Jobman's terms, to access accounts you aren't authorised for, or to overload Jobman's API. We may suspend an organisation that does.
Availability and liability
The connector is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that Jobman's API will behave as documented. To the extent the law allows, Rivet Group isn't liable for loss arising from changes an assistant makes in Jobman at your request, or from Jobman or AI provider outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending the service
You can disconnect Jobman, revoke any connection or close your organisation at any time. We delete a closed organisation's data within 30 days.
